Yes Rob Andringa (former badger player?) was all about our squad. At the end of the telecast he said that the Sioux should have won on Friday also. One point during the game he said after a Sioux shift ......... "that 30 seconds should be put on dvd to show how to move your feet and the puck" Lapoint is going to be one very fine defenseman in the WCHA, very poised already for a youngster!

I agree .... if the plan was to have JPL as the go to guy for two years it may have been wise to have Walski back him up and to bring Grieco in a year later than they did. (the team would be in a better situation now) But what do I know ........ maybe he had to come in last year or never ...... so if he was that hot of a commodity nobody can blame him for not being happy with riding the pine.

Yea you are right we didn't need him, it makes total sense for Lammy to play all 40 or so games this season .... every team does it right?

Listening to the Sioux Coaches Show on radio tonite there was not one question asked of either coach about the resignation of the AD which btw just happened today

Very interesting indeed ........ almost an hour with both coaches and the hosts didn't once think to ask how the resignation of their boss would affect the future of the football or hockey teams? What kind of a job they thought he did? How he was to work for? How it may affect the programs in the near future? ......... in fact not even a mention of his resignation! Hard hitting for sure

I didn't have enough time to read all of your post but it is beautiful You may want to pay more attention to the emotes when reading posts. I never "seriously" questioned the integrity of the hockey program or its coaches ! BTW yes I WAS a big AG fan but he is gone now and I thought most of us had moved on but apparently not GO SIOUX!

The bottom line is AG is now gone and it doesn't matter why or how. I think from the little that we saw of him last year, he showed very good skills and had a bright future for our club. We were set up for the next 5 years with ........ Lammy 07-08 - Grieco 08-10 - Eidsness 09 - 12 Now there seems to be a part missing for the balance of this year and perhaps next. I wish Walski all of the best in relief of Lammy or whomever the staff may bring in.

With this all or nothing philosophy I sure hope that Lammy can live up to this tall order ....... are injuries, health issues, slumps predictable.
