Volleyball and WBB are fun products to watch. Women's hockey, not so much. I know that's not the politically correct position to take, but it's the opinion of many. There is little to no growth opportunity there, IMO, regardless of how much they win.

There is money there to be had in women's hockey without dropping it.

And then you have the DI playups in hockey...the change we are going to see shake out are mind boggling.

There are about a half dozen or so FCS programs that could afford to do this. Three of them are on the schedule next season.

Is the number of stipends at the discretion of the school, i.e. is it all or nothing by sport? Or can it be a gradual thing?
