It was a great ending to a mostly depressing game.
It's really not fun watching the defense get destroyed like their offense seemed to do to UND the whole game.
Chappell really looked like he was in horrible, horrible pain when he first came off with his injury. It was pretty amazing to see him fighting through it, but you could still tell he wasn't comfortable. But then watching him just run away from the MSU DBs on his 81 yard pass was incredible.
The heat was nearly unbearable. It was 88 degrees with a 91 degree heat index. Not football weather at all.
I've got some halfway decent pictures of the game that I hope to get up somewhere within the next couple days.
Mankato's website says single game tickets aren't available until an hour before game time, so I think I'm going to have to get tickets when I get there.
I don't remember this game ever being sold out, but since it's homecoming, who knows.
Anybody think it'll be a problem to get in?
It never used to be. But you had to keep in the beer garden, or something like that.
DId it change to being dry? Then maybe change back, you're thinking?
Not only that, but they changed it so you can't have two media players open at the same time.
Last week I had two open, one with audio always going, but muted when the video was working. Then when video failed, I'd just unmute the audio to keep up
I'm in here, but it doesn't look like much beyond us. And I've also got the radio going.
Webcast radio, though, so if you start posting stuff right as it's happening, chances are I'll read things before I hear them.
He started getting up before he went back down and realized he was hurt. Hopefully that means it was something small that he just didn't realize until he put some weight on it.
