Traditions like that have to develop over time. Of course you're not gonna be able to hit 100% of people wearing white right away, but if everybody keeps spreading the word, and wearing white themselves, then it's going to eventually work it's way around to move people. Maybe some people don't have a white jersey, but if this keeps up it will give them motivation to spend the money on one. What are the odds Charter Mainstreet will pick up UW/SCSU? I know SCSU is one of their "home" teams (along with UMD and MSU-M).

The "Minnesota rule" only goes out the window if they pull off the upset. Let's not quite rule that out yet.

I completely agree with your analysis of Martens and Kozek, except I think you're saying "Most Improved" when you're really talking about who is living up to, or exceeding expectations. Martens is definitely playing beyond expectations, but Kozek seems to be the most improved. That is to say, finally living up to expectations.

Sioux are tied for 2nd in the PWR now after this tie, though I don't think that accounts for CC's (almost guaranteed) win tonight, which would probably push them back up (they're listed at 4th right now).

We always complain about quick whistles when the ref loses sight of the puck, but I can't believe he was able to keep track of it through that whole mess. Where was the whistle there?

If he's hurt at all he should just give this game a rest. We've got 2nd place. It'd be better to have him heal up for next week rather than try to play and maybe hurt himself more.
