Usually if one ESPN event crosses over into another, they'll move the other to ESPN2 or ESPN Classic. For some reason I don't see them doing that here.

They'll definitely stay with this game until it's over, then switch to the Sioux game. Unless they hold the Sioux game until this one is over, but I don't think that will happen.

I'm ok with the call. It seemed like he brought his arms up a little bit, which put the stick right at the other guys neck. It's just not a safe hit.

That's rule #1 when placing the teams in regions. If you're hosting a regional, it doesn't matter if you're #1 or #4, you get to play at home.

I think it makes perfect sense. If the refs screw up, then it should go back to where it is supposed to be.

I'll be there, because it'll definitely be better quality than watching the ESPNU webcast. I have a feeling I'll have to get there mighty early, though, to find a seat near the right tv (or one of the right tvs), since the basketball tournament will likely be playing there, too.

Technically, the NCAA doesn't use the Pairwise at all. The Pairwise simply "mimics" the method that the NCAA uses. It's a preditor of the teams in the tournament. Then again, for all we know they DO use it, but officially it's just a prediction tool. On another note, Barry Melrose just did his best Sid Hartman impression when he mentioned "my good friend Dane Jackson...". (For those who don't know, Sid is always mentioning "my good friend ______". Everybody seems to be his good friend, or his "close, personal" friend.)
