Did you watch any of the Olympics online? There definitely is great streaming video. Seems that no school wants to actually do it, though.

...and dataflix was on the verge of not being watchable. This is defintely not watchable. At least not when I was connected. I gave up on the video long ago.

My video is working, but it looks awful at anything other than the default size. Plus it's pretty choppy. I didn't think it could be worse than the sioux hockey broadcasts of the past, but I'm pretty sure this one takes the cake.

I always enjoy that. It happens every week during the Sioux broadcast.

Whatever set up NBC had for the olympics video streaming, that's what we need. That picture quality was amazing. And of all the times I logged in to view, I don't think the picture hiccuped a single time.

Amoco doesn't exist anymore. It hasn't for quite a few years. BP bought out Amoco. The only reason you see Amoco signs anymore is strictly name recognition.

I wasn't going to comment on this because I'm totally floored by the amount of negative attention this obvious attempt as humor has gotten, but to not "give them the time of day" means you would rather ignore them. To use the old cliche: "Those Who Ignore The Past Are Doomed To Repeat It." Maybe it was in bad taste (I thought it was funny, but I'm entitled to that opinion), but if somebody were to watch that, a child perhaps, and didn't know about Hitler and the German history, it gave parents a perfect opportunity to teach their kids about it. There was nothing in that video glorifying Hitler or Nazis, so why, again, is everybody so pissed?

Well, since this board is mostly fans of football and hockey, and since it was hockey season that just ended, doesn't that make sense? Logic, my friend, logic.

Cost per mile doesn't directly relate to the carbon footprint of a vehicle. That's a report I would like to see. While the H2 may cost less per mile over the entire life of the vehicle, I would expect it to have a much higher carbon footprint.
