Finally got the webcast to work, I had to click on the link for last night's game to get it to work.

How do we look besides the ice conditions?

Contacted customer support about not being able to view the webcast. They don't address the issue, so I have asked for my money back.

Sent an email to their support. Got an automated response back. Still nothing

yep, I have that from football season. It worked last night.

I have tried that. I haven't tried shutting down and then opening back up. I have logged out and back in three times.
