Correct me if I am wrong but I thought I heard that VandeVelde was not coming untill the 2007-08 season? I might be thinking of someone else if not he should be able to fill some of the void.

I think he are going to lose Toews. I hate to say it, but it might be a long season for the boys in green and white.

Great article and thanks for sharing it. I think that is great news for the Sioux. I think if they can keep Towes that they should be able to compete again next year. Did anyone else notice that the St. Louis Blues President basically said that the Goofs will be in St. Louis to play for a national title. That struck me as odd for him to say.

It sounds to me like the Blues President thinks Gopher fans should already booking theri flights to St.Louis for the Frozen 4? I do not think that will happen, they did lose some key players and if Toews and Oshie return I like our chances. Go Sioux. I hate those damn Gophers!

I have a question, when do players have to make a decision by? When do the Sioux start training for their season? I am just not sure how many more loses this team can have and still have a quality season next year, I was hoping to go to St. Louis and cheer for the Sioux again.

I just heard a lot of talk after the game in Milwaukee that he blew his chance to go to the NHL this year. That he needed one more year. do not get me wrong I like Jordan, I just think that there are some questions about him. By the way I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend.

Do you people really think that we will be signed even after Jordan's performance against BC, I thought for sure he would need one more year to prove that he can do better than he did. I realize he is a great goalie, but I think he needs to show that he can play in a big game.

OK I need to ask a question. I am taking a writing and research class and have decided to write a Persuasive agruement paper on why UND and other schools should be allowed to keep their nicknames. Does anyone have a suggestion on where I can get some research on this topic? I need to cite my sources and have to use fact. I need help people, so please i would appreciate any help y'all can give me. Thanks PS I am the old guy in class, so I would like to do well.
