I could not agree more, UM plays cream puffs and jumps up, how many spots. UND plays actual competietion and they fall 6 or 7 spots. I understand we have notplayed up to our potential the last few weeks but it just once again proves what Alex Goligoski, from the UM, told me when I interviewed him a few weeks ago at the U, that polls don;t really matter and that you can not pay to close attention to them.

Does anyone know if since the judges are UND grads do they have a conflict of interest in the case? On either side of the issue? I would think taht would be something the ncaa will bring up. But I am not an attorney and I never even played one on TV.

Exactly. I am offened by people everyday. No one cares and guess what I do not make a capital case of it. Has anyone heard of the NCAA has responded to the UND complaint yet? If not when is there time up to do so?

OK I have a question for everyone. Did the saturday game get moved to Sunday. I noticed on ESPNU that they are showing the game and it says it is live but is scheduled for 2:00pm on Sunday. I had not heard anything so i am assuming that they are just reshowing the game and it is a replay. But thought I would check.

I had a similar thing happen but it was a vacuum salesman. We bought it and when we tried to return it the owner of the company told me that I was a piece of sh%^ because I gave him my word I was going to buy this vacuum and when we changed our minds we called us several times and went off and told us that we were no good and that we must be porr white trash since we could not afford his vacuum. For gods sake it was $1400, I do not think a lot of people can afford that. He was a total ass. After doing some research, we found out that the Attorney General in Mn had been contacted do to this guys rude behavior before. Just wanted to share my story.

I agree Bismarck is my favorite city in ND. I grew up there and have lived in fargo, Grand Forks and Minot and still think Bismarck is the best one.

I meet a few nice Badger fans at the Frozen Four but most acted like they get their every year, and then just plain rude.

Sioux-cia I agree with 100% there is something very wrong with this. I think the AG stated the case nicely and anyone that reads that could not disagree with why ND is suing the NCAA. I just hope his letter helped make some people understand the issue a little more clearly.
