Deer rifle season opens today! One of my favorite times of the year! Who all drew a tag? I'll be in search of a buck myself. Would love to hear your stories or see photos of what you harvest.

I've spent some time on both reservations and never have witnessed this animosity. Maybe it is there with the chippewa at und? I know many on the turtle mountain reservation were and are against the fighting sioux name. The general consensus I've noticed is they do not want to be thought of as a mascot by the white man who stole their land.

I'd rather the money to back to taxpayers myself. Why give it to any out of state organization to manage?

On my 3 vehicles I experience a 6-7% increase in mpgs running e0 rather than e10. So right now it's almost a wash but in the past it used to only be 5 or 10 cents more a gallon. Ethanol is also bad for small engines so I keep it simple and just avoid it at all costs.

Depends on your mpg. General rule of thumb though.....the less ethanol the better! Personally I go out of my way to buy regular unleaded (ethanol free) at 20 cents extra per gallon right now. I come out ahead this way by avoiding the e10 and increase mpgs.

Competition doesn't necessarily drive down prices when it comes to prescription drugs. There are allowables that are already set by the insurance plans and Medicare. If 7 passes there will be small town pharmacies that are already making little money making even less. These pharmacies provide a service that wal mart 100 miles away cannot.

You do realize prescription drug costs are negotiated and allowable a are set by Medicare and insurance companies right? If this passes small town pharmacies will close. Go to Minnesota and how many communities with populations under 1000have an independently owned pharmacy? While most in North Dakota currently do.

Let it go it will be good for your mind body and spirit! While you are at it drop the obsession with und. Und is not your rival. Siouxsports and und shouldn't take the majority of your day. When you go to bison games and tailgate your time would be better spent enjoying the atmosphere and game rather than polling everyone you see for their thoughts of und. Breathe and take it in. It will feel good!
