yup... that's the guy, and I think he's annoying but that's my opinion of most Badger fans... I think I was overexposed as a child...

The Nitty Gritty is always a popular place to grab food/drinks... it's very close to the arena. The webpage took forever to load on my computer, just to warn ya... I'll ask my family and friends and see if I can get more recommendations

As AZSIOUX said, I believe that to be correct. There should not be a student section (oh darn). What are the chances that sign guy (if you've been to a Badger game at the Kohl Center you know who I'm talking about) will be at basketball instead of hockey.... one can only hope!!! haha! I guess I should look at the positive for Wisconsin... they aren't the home team, so in theory they'll be wearing red, so their repetive "Let's Go Red" cheers will actually match their jerseys for once.

Totally random thought that might have already been covered in this thread..... hockey is not the biggest winter sport at UW-Madison... not only do the students show up late (second period late) for hockey, so why would they show up early for our game on Saturday... but, the men's basketball team is in Michigan for the Sweet 16 and I'd bet a lot of the wealthy alumni and Badger fans will be there instead of the Kohl Center. Could make for an interesting weekend.... I keep hearing about this hostile crowd that will be cheering against us, but I think it'll be much smaller than most people expect.

I realize that it is playoffs so pretty much everything goes out the window.... but Badger fans don't even show up on time to their own games, are they really going to show up early to cheer against us? I wouldn't be surprised if the Kohl Center is slightly empty for the first semi-final game...

Does anyone know the regional pairings for the Frozen Four offhand? Will the two Fri-Sat regionals play each other in the semis and the two Sat-Sun regionals? Nevermind, I looked it up myself. The Albany and Colorado Springs regionals will play and the Madison and Worcester regionals play in the other semi-final game. So looking WAY, WAY ahead (which the team better not be doing) there is the potential to play BC in the semi-finals again this year... haha....

Am I the only one that finds it funny there is a possibility of both UND and MN being sent to the Worcester regional hosted by Holy Cross? i think it'd be interesting to see if the HC fans cheer for us as we did for them...

too bad we can't find some way to get Michigan in there too....
