I think we will hear something about the project fairly soon. Unfortunately, I received limited feedback on my proposal regarding ss.com involvement.

See the title for this thread - ('22-'23 Recruiting). I answered your question about this year's recruiting because you asked it here. It really should have been under the '21-'22 thread.

I don't think this offer has been posted - another MI product: C Payton Lee, 6'4, Fair Haven (Anchor Bay), MI

Four signed last November. I would think there may be another one or two this spring. The start of the spring signing period is April 13.

She was not.

The school can withdraw an offer at any time.

This post was put under the wrong recruiting year: PG Tori Oehrlein, Crosby (Crosby-Ironton), MN Has offers from MT St & Marquette

I lied - I will continue to update WIKI for the BB teams!
-
Although Arch.... is a good player, I think we are looking for someone more talented.
-
I am surprised the buyout is that high - $350K!
-
Another MI offer: PF Yasmyn Palmer, 6'2“, Bloomfield Hills (Cranbrook Kingswood), MI

Read my post closer - I didn't say anything about not lacking $ or any reference to REA. Regarding my source - I really can't do that. Therefore, it is up to you whether you believe me or not! For those that know me, you are welcome to PM me.

Absolutely incorrect - the Englestad family makes a significant contribution to the FB program every year!

How do you start building Phase II when you don't have the funds to do so? The State Board of HE isn't going to approve the start of construction until the necessary funds are in the bank or pledged. We aren't there yet!! Funds from the Ralph aren't going to be used for Phase II.

I absolutely agree with your frustrations with continually losing to the SUs but I am not sure that there are any real high dollars FB donors!
-
You may ask “well, why did we recruit him then?” after reading my comments. That would be a very good question!! I don’t think the BB coaching staff is losing any sleep over McGrath leaving. In fact, I bet they are happy to have another scholarship available. I also think that McGrath may realize he is in over his head trying to play D1 ball. We will know if I am right 2-3 years from now!

The problem is that you can't spend money you don't have!

McCollum wanted at least $75K more than we could pay!
-
I don't disagree but where do you find the $ for those improvements? This is exactly why I run the Let's Help Bubba fundraising every year. There is not enough to do all that we fans (and the athletic department) would like. $10-12K isn't much, but it helps! Someone will likely respond that we shouldn't have moved up to DI if we couldn't afford it. That may be true but it is not worth rehashing - "water under the bridge"!!

Who is Schuler?

Well said!!! -
Even though you are talking about minutes, this is an "apples & oranges" average comparison. SDSU has a winning margin of 15+ points per game including 10 wins by 20 points or more. Everyone of their roster is going to get playing time under that scenario - especially if you are a talented freshman. UND's average margin is -1.1 points per games with no wins of 20+ points (only one win of 20+ points). That obviously means we are in close games and don't have the luxury of using our bench (which is thin in talent) nearly as much as SDSU. Two of the four UND examples you used (Lane & Sieben) are walk-ons so they aren't likely to get as much time as others. (I don't know if any of the SDSU freshmen are WO's.) Our other two (Anderson & McCarthy) were not highly recruited. They may turn into excellent players but they don't have more talent than the ladies who are getting the minutes. I agree that both Anderson and McCarthy have looked good at times. Anderson played more minutes earlier in the season and, I thought, played pretty well. I am not sure why her minutes have dried up. Apples and Oranges!

Who knows if these were still valid: WMU, Providence, St. Thomas, WIU, Cal Poly & Bryant
-
Who knows (or really cares), both should be good! Comparing them before they get to GF really isn't fair (to them or the program).
-
Fully agree - that was a classic!
