More woes for Minot High School Hockey & Athletics overall. Our favorite Minot hockey player Dillon Kraft and Goalie Guy Weber were kicked off the hockey team by the school because pictures of them drinking alcohol at a party were found by school authorities on a girls MySpace blog. A basketball player and wrestler were also in photos of drinking alcohol during the party and were also removed from there team rosters. This is still developing and I'm not sure whether the parents are going to even try to fight this decision and try and get there kids back on there team.

we sure could've used our 3 players missing. The offense didn't show up which is usually what happened last year when Phil was in net. He'd play very good but the team wouldn't score for him. The only bright side is that Phil played a great game and I hope he continues on tomorrow. So much for our 2-game undefeated streak

Definitely had worse 2nd periods this year. Good kill on the 5 minute penalty to Watkins. Need to come out on fire in the 3rd!
Your right. Being down by one goal isn't too bad as other games have been in the 2nd period.

Having grown up right across the street from Notre Dame, I am keenly aware of the fact that they are not part of the Big Ten. The point I was making with that was the high seeded SEC teams are going to struggle, sans LSU...
My mistake, I thought you were comparing match-ups between SEC vs. Big 10.

SEC is a great conference top to bottom, but the top of the Big Ten is better than the top of the SEC. B10 definitely does not have the depth though. I will give you that LSU is going to destroy Notre Shame, but PSU just topped Tennecheat, and Wisky is taking it to Arkansas right now.
You do know that Notre Dame is not part of the Big 10. It's an independent.
