I think Kozek and Watkins were supposed to step in to the role that sparky, stafford, zajac filled, but never have seemed to live up to that.

I will have to agree with the gopher fans on the fact that we have the best league in college hockey and maybe(swallows deeply) we should cheer for the WCHA over all other teams but rivalries die hard .

Hell Yeah, he is such a drama queen. You almost wonder if his major is acting over whatever the heck his schooling is!! He tried to make the refs feel bad for him here and in the final five. IMO I think he does this whenever his team is in any trouble at all!!! I have always questioned his ethical play. ie diving like he has perfected soooo well

I think you are absolutly right the third goal to tie it up, was pretty much the whole game. Although it did seem that Holy Cross wanted it more.

Over on eagleaction.com they claim we had a tough time beating Holy Cross. So they are already thinking they have a very good chance to beat the Sioux. All I can say is the Sioux will bring their best game as they have for the best teams. that is all I have to say bout that.

You cannot see why we cheer against the golden ones! They will not even acknowledge us as a major rival! When I was in School the only reason they said we were any good was because of 25 year old Canadians! Thay almost always have the playoffs in or near thier own ice. That is all I have to say.
