My (kind of) daughter lives 30 minutes from DC so I'll be staying with her but I am thinking about getting a room near the arena for Saturday night so we can participate in some hockey 'revelry' after the C game. Then we wouldn't have to worry about driving or taking the Metro.

I promise to be good but ya gotta admit those little one's have a way of drawing you into their circle!

According to Yahoo, driving distance between Angoon and St.Paul is only 2784.43 miles. I've been searching for cheap, direct(no such thing!) flights from here (Juneau) to DC and it will take me 22+hours to get there!!!

I will be there!!! For those of you who are waiting for your buddies to 'want to go', leave them in the hotel and go without them. We can car pool. I'm staying at the Crown Plaza. Goon your within walking distance of me so we can go together if your buddy doesn't want to go. Who else wants a ride??

According to another poster, Hak was a little upset with the boys because, instead of enjoying winning the cup for a little while last night, they were already into their 'next game' mode. I think they'll be focused and not laid back. We're not the Goofs! Every game is important to the Fighting Sioux hockey team!!
