I've always been an advocate of RR crossing gates at every intersection.
Terrible and tragic situation for all parties.
But, we can't prevent every accident. There was a stop sign at the crossing that apparently was disregarded.
To put a crossing at every train crossing in all rural areas would be an astronomical price tag.

It appears that the NCHC is not selling single game tickets at this point. DO NOT LIKE. I'm trying to work in some appearances at the UND games around a wedding here...
Single session tickets went on sale in February.

They opened up more tickets today for both games on ticketmaster....I just checked and you can still get 4 together on there for Friday's game.

I see Johnson, and Herd talking NDSU, then you continue to do the same, before I said a word about the Bison. There are others on this board who think you bleed green and yellow, not just me, so take it up with them as well. Don't single me out, I never mentioned NDSU until the pissing match occurred overnight, you bring up the series of the Nickel in a classic NDSU rebuttal, and you blame me for bringing up NDSU? Do us all a favor, go to Bisonville and stay there.
You bring up NDSU constantly in other threads and pull comments off of bisonville to this website for some unknown reason...take your own advice and leave their comments off here

Did you see what happened to that said player? 1 player line change at the next whistle. Based on that, I'd call that a player issue, not a coaching philosophy.

Not the most rigorous analysis of a coach- simply looking at historical record. Way too many other variables at play.
If you can them a year before they win a natty it proves nothing. In economics it's called post hoc ergo proctor hoc- a common flaw in logic- meaning after this therefore because of this. Nobody can prove what would've happened if the coach was replaced. The team might still have won.
But it's fair to call this season lost and to fire a coach by folks on this board 11 games in?

And you just accept the official explanation as gospel? This is the problem with some of the people in our fan base. Just because UND dishes out a boilerplate, cookie-cutter explanation for one of their boneheaded decisions doesn't mean we have to eat it and be thankful it was served to us. My dad rode those shuttles and he will tell you there were long lines of people waiting to get on them. This "underutilization" excuse is a bunch of hooey (I would use a certain 4-letter word, but this is a family discussion forum!
). The fact that YaneA's request was shuffled to another person and then was ignored by that person tells you that they just want the issue to go away. Well, it isn't going away, UND. Deal with it now or deal with it later. 
How many people are in a long line? 20? 50? 100? Your answer sounds "hooey" to me since you weren't the one actually riding the buses, your dad was.
It may be "hooey" to you, but that's the only answer you have.
Would you feel better if UND came out and said that they were just tired of doing the buses and decided not to do them anymore?
No one is denying that it won't inconvenience a certain amount of people. That's how life works in general.

Well, there you go. Obviously, not enough people were taking advantage or utilizing the service to make it worth the expense. Simple economics.
Instead of being mad at UND, more people should have utilized the bus system to avoid the situation we are in now.
We should be asking UND for the average number of people that rode the buses on any given night. We'd probably be surprised.

Has it ever been confirmed that they discontinued the bus service because of monetary reasons? It seems like that is what everyone is assuming.

What a bunch of people who should never quit their day jobs for standup comedy. If you were even remotely clever it might be funny. But the lack of smart comebacks leaves much to be desired. Heck the high school aged hostess at the bar is much smarter than any of you.

On a serious note, Duluth already has 8 defensemen signed for next year according to their website(5 returning, 3 signed LOI's)...hard to believe they are going to bring on another without moving someone up or losing one.

If my count is right, we're at 25 hats not including mine. I'm probably in for 3 at least so let's go with 28 so far.
