Was it Toews or Frattin on the goal?

I think Cornell merely figured out what you can get away with when you have WCHA officiating.

The way Trupp was landed on that could be a broken wrist or arm.

Duncan just explained that they didn't call VV for being in the crease. The call was that he interfered with the goaltender. He did not, he was standing still and the goalie moved out and initiated the contact. Terrible call.

Bad call, Duncs just said in the intermission that the refs called it goalie interference. Watch it again the goalie intiated the contact.

Terrible call, the goalie caused the contact himself and VV was outside the crease and not moving. %#@$ I hate WCHA officiating.

I think Cornell now realizes that it was a mistake to play wide open against the Sioux last night as this is a much tighter checking game. Seven goals will be difficult tonight.

I think the Sioux breakout is also a reflection of poor WCHA officiating. I didn't see as much clutch and grab out of Cornell and I would be willing to bet it is because it actually get's called correctly in their league.

Trupp with the goal 6-3 Sioux. They score 6 on the top ranked D in DI so where has this been in the past?

Textbook checking from behind. Frattin should have pulled a Gopher or Badger and rolled around on the ice like a dying dog.

Thank goodness, Frattin pounces on the Genoway rebound. I was worried that this game was going to stay at 0-1 for a long time and now there are three goals aleady. So much for the goaltending and D. 2-1 Cornell

I didn't want to see Cornell get the first goal because now they will go into lockdown.

First Game Gregoire Second Game Hextall

I agree, Think about who the best players have been for the Sioux thus far this season. For most games it has been one of three freshmen, Hextall, Eidsness or Gregoire. That is not a recipe for success at the DI level and which is why I hope that the return of Joe Finley might spark better play out of others.

They do miss Finley, as there seems to be no leadership from the other upper classmen on this team.

Hextall back out there so no 10.

They certainly don't look very hungry.

When will they make a knee on knee a Major. That was deliberate and it could have ended Trupp's season let alone his career.
