It's about developing the game in the state. Only 11 teams. Get a 12th team and you could possibly have an east and west region tourney. It's about one team dominating or not. Grow the sport.

Obviously he had to for them to have a chance. Mandan had chances in the third to tie it up. Central didn't impress me that much and I picked them to win this thing.

I was there too. Bobby Smith beat the crap out of some shrimp on the national team. Played a game there as a pee wee before the semi pro team they had played there. I'm guessing around 73' or so.
