During thursday's broadcast, frank or woog mentioned that losing thursday might actually be better for the sioux. Could winning thursday against duluth then losing two games have put UND further back in the PWR? Right now they seem locked into the number 10 spot, which should probably give them a 3 seed. Of course this is all based on the assumption that UND would have lost two more games.

Having beaten UND and giving CC a run for their money (on short rest) maybe we shouldnt feel so bad afterall.

I think the reason why the ralph was rockin so hard was this weekend was because the only people who attended the playoff games were the "REAL" fans instead of those there just for social reasons.

Looks like this win did UND good in the pwr. tied with Michigan for 9, leapfrogged MSU-Mankato

Couple thoughts.... Holding call on Parise was the most bogus holding call i have ever seen. Also, if an overtime win against Denver doesn't light a fire under their asses I dont know what will. On that note, GO SIOUX!

Yeah, but part of the bracket procedure is avoiding conference rivals too early in the tournament. I don't think there is a rule that says CC HAS to go to Minnesota for the regional is there??? I could see them going to Ann Arbor.

I find it very hard to believe that they would put 3 WCHA teams in the same regional.

I went to Fargo for the gopher games just because tvguide.com didnt show that the games were even going to be on in Bismarck. So that pretty much answers my question that tvguide.com is probably wrong about the final five too. thanks!

I looked at tvguide.com and every single cable provider throughout north dakota has the final five on, but it doesnt show it on for bismarck. This was also so when UND went to play the gophers, is this just a mistake or were the UND-gopher games not either. Im dying to know!!!!!!

Any word on whether these games will be broadcast on the state-wide fighting sioux network??? I assume they wouldbe.

The wisco guys may be annoying, but they spent a lot of time talking about the richness of UND's program. They gave credit to UND when the deserved it. The only bad thing about it (although i really dont see it as bad) as they were overly optimistic about things going on. He said it was a pretty even period although UND shot UW 14-2.
