Last line change in NCAAs could = Natty. Winning the NCHC tourney imo moves us up to 2 overall seed in NCAAs, which helps chances to get Natty

I like how most of the folks on here generally agree with me that UND needs a better effort in game two. Makes me feel I’m not being too critical lol. Hope they come out and play like the did when they locked down DU to give the team momentum for the last part of season. Not going to predict the score but will predict to see the NODAK jerseys on senior night for whatever it’s worth.

I believe I read somewhere that hockey is the sport in which luck plays the biggest role. Not to say skill isn't important, but relative to others sports luck plays a bigger role in hockey compared to other sports

Sorry if someone mentioned this already, but is Rizzo and Devine from DU both injured? I believe Devine got injured during the game last night, but what happened to Rizzo? In terms of the Pen Rosa race, we need DU to be at 100% to win both games from SCSU next week

A few thoughts 1. I was wrong in saying Hobie should have started. Perrson did a good job with the few shots he faced. 2. Offense looked more crisp and received the puck luck it did not get last week 3. Defensively I still saw a few random, ill-advised passes to no one that could have resulted in a turnover in the D zone. That still needs to be cleared up 4. Schmaltz, while having not scored a goal this season, adds value to the team simply for his defensive contributions. The goal(s) will come. 5. Miami, in my opinion, played us MUCH better than UMD did. If we end up not winning the PenRossa, having to face UMD twice in NCHC tourney wouldn't be the worse outcome as I feel they are a worse team then Miami
