I believe I read somewhere that hockey is the sport in which luck plays the biggest role. Not to say skill isn't important, but relative to others sports luck plays a bigger role in hockey compared to other sports

Sorry if someone mentioned this already, but is Rizzo and Devine from DU both injured? I believe Devine got injured during the game last night, but what happened to Rizzo? In terms of the Pen Rosa race, we need DU to be at 100% to win both games from SCSU next week

A few thoughts 1. I was wrong in saying Hobie should have started. Perrson did a good job with the few shots he faced. 2. Offense looked more crisp and received the puck luck it did not get last week 3. Defensively I still saw a few random, ill-advised passes to no one that could have resulted in a turnover in the D zone. That still needs to be cleared up 4. Schmaltz, while having not scored a goal this season, adds value to the team simply for his defensive contributions. The goal(s) will come. 5. Miami, in my opinion, played us MUCH better than UMD did. If we end up not winning the PenRossa, having to face UMD twice in NCHC tourney wouldn't be the worse outcome as I feel they are a worse team then Miami

If we can play like this the rest of the game we will win #TwamleysTakes

They'd probably say it's not a success if we don't win the last game of the NCAA tourney

Wisconsin goes from being 4 in the pairwise, enroute to being a number one seed in the tourney, and now is 7 in the pairwise.

Yeah, like if there was a team in our conference to beat us three times in a row I’d rather it be them then one of our rivals

At least their bad calls are consistent for both teams

To be fair they probably have to win the autobid to make the NCAAs…
