In Tom Miller's piece it looks like they want 10 years of experience? Don't think she has that, but the other spot I wonder if she wants to leave being a head coach. Curious how Mallory will proceed.

Coach Motherwell was a nice guy, didn't really know Young. I know Motherwell got the Canadians too. Big loss but I think being successful now will help Mallory keep getting good kids. Hope so
