  1. Screw politics for the moment. I was just notified by my brother that Freddy's Lefse will remain open. I heard that it was very close to closing its doors. Hallelujah!!!! https://www.freddyslefse.com/about Praise lefse! Something we can all get behind.
  2. That's right. The optics are good enough to convince people to vote for the candidate that treats Covid-19 seriously. And avoid the circus of Trump. Maybe the cult believes otherwise, but that's why they are in the minority.
  3. Dear Leader leads them to frostbite, yesterday to heat stroke in Tampa and always to superspreader events. But, his cult gladly goes to cheer him on. Only his cult. Dear Leader is toast. https://www.instagram.com/p/CG5TZBYnD8z/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
  4. Maybe this will explain some of the reasons the Hunter Biden laptop story didn't pass the smell test for mainstream media. https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/security/how-fake-persona-laid-groundwork-hunter-biden-conspiracy-deluge-n1245387 One month before a purported leak of files from Hunter Biden's laptop, a fake "intelligence" document about him went viral on the right-wing internet, asserting an elaborate conspiracy theory involving former Vice President Joe Biden's son and business in China. The document, a 64-page composition that was later disseminated by close associates of President Donald Trump, appears to be the work of a fake "intelligence firm" called Typhoon Investigations, according to researchers and public documents.
  5. So, I'll mark you down as a "no". Thanks.
  6. He seems to contradict that in recent rallies. Hopefully, he will go along with that tradition. I'm not convinced.
  7. Will Trump accept his upcoming loss? Will the cult? https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2020-election/trump-has-signaled-he-won-t-accept-election-loss-many-n1245304 President Donald Trump has refused to say he’d accept the results of the election in the event that he loses, and in the closing days of the race, some of his supporters have taken his faulty or unsubstantiated claims about voter fraud to heart.
  8. Uh... No. Police deaths have been trending downward. You just made that up.
  9. Did I mention that I just opened an offshore account in the Cayman Islands? LMFAO https://www.bbc.com/news/election-us-2020-54738030 The Wisconsin Republican party has said hackers stole $2.3m (£1.7m) from the group's effort to support President Donald Trump's re-election. The party contacted the FBI and agents are investigating the matter, Chairman Andrew Hitt said in a statement on Thursday. Mr Hitt said the hackers manipulated campaign invoices to steal the funds.
  10. I probably went too high on the US House, but I think party line voter turnout along with a major shift in independents will raise the number of Democrats significantly.
  11. I think Biden will win rhe popular vote by 7.5 million. Biden should pick up between 330 and 370 electoral votes. Dems take control of the US Senate 52 to 48. Actually 50 to 48, but two independents side with the Dems. Dems with 260 seats in the US house to GOP with 175. But, we shall see.
  12. Yup. Different election in 2020 Face it though, the GOP sold its soul for Trump. They are going to pay for it now.
  13. I did say I am an oddity among Democrats for being to confident. Usually, they are not. James Carville says Not only are we going to know election night. We're going to know at 10:30 Eastern," Carville told MSNBC's Brian Williams. "This thing is not going to be close. We're going to know early. I'm not in any panic whatsoever." "I probably see as much polling as anybody in the country," he continued. "And if anything, it continues to improve [for Biden]. I kind of thought the natural gravity would take it down, but that doesn't seem to be happening as of yet. And we've got three weeks before we go to post. I'm ready to go. I think we're going to know, and I anticipate opening a bottle of champagne. Brian, maybe I'll share it with you by distance."
  14. That would make sense. Roughly 5% more Democrats than Republicans in the USA.
  15. Read the CNN link. A strong majority of voters are doing early voting. Barring major changes in the landscape in the final days of the race, Trump's chances for closing the gap are deeply dependent on Election Day turnout. The poll finds that among those who have already voted (64% Biden to 34% Trump) or who plan to vote early but had not yet done so at the time they were interviewed (63% Biden to 33% Trump), Biden holds nearly two-thirds support. Trump leads 59% to 36%, though, among those who say they plan to vote on Election Day.
  16. They will. Democrats are famous for worrying anyway. After 2016 they aren't taking chances. The electoral map is very much in favor of Biden also. Oversampling? Last time, a bit. This time they didn't. Yeah, I'm being cocky. Unlike most worrying Dems. Except for James Carville. Dear Leader is toast.
  17. Yup. That'll show definitive proof. Of what, we don't know.
  18. Dear Leader is toast. Too much ground to make up in key states. This is a national poll, but it doesn't matter. Dear Leader is toast. https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/28/politics/cnn-poll-national-october/index.html
  19. I doubt there is much to it, if anything. But, even if there were some truth to it, Trump has burned so many bridges and supported so much misinformation and lied so much that there aren't any credible news outlets that would believe him. Good riddance.
