I'm actually probably more worried about this team than the past two years teams. I just don't think this years team isn't as talented as those teams were. Yes, we still have Oshie and Duncan, and we have some other players who can play darn good hockey, but teams are figuring out this team pretty easy. I'm not convinced we'll make the 2nd half run that we have in the past few years. Again, I hope I'm wrong and have to eat my words. Hak's proved a lot of people wrong before, and I hope he does again this year.
I hope I'm wrong and have to eat my words. However, this team doesn't seem to have the ability to overcome these big deficits. When we score big, it's usually a tie game to begin with.
I disagree with that. He'll get a penalty for that, putting us shorthanded to start the 3rd period. I don't know if he was frustrated (which is what it looked like) or trying to get the team going. If he wants to get the team going, he needs to come out with a big, clean hit.
I agree, as of now. Hopefully, they can turn it around though, which the Sioux have been able to do in past years. February 15, 1998 stands out in my mind. However, that was old building, where the Sioux were more likely to do that.
FSN question, "What school has the best crest?" North Dakota, St. Cloud, or Minnesota. What's exciting about an "M" or St. Cloud's crest? The attention to detail in the Sioux crest make it 2nd to none. Duluth and Mankato have better crests than the Minnesota or St. Cloud.
