Right now, its looking like this season is going to be over before Christmas break.

Duluth announcers now being very gracious to UND. But frankly, ND does not deserve to be called a "good team".

How can a team that can't even fill its own (small) arena (after winning a Natty) be this much more composed and competent than a ND team that has all the facilities and advantages possible? Not acceptable. Not even close.

I wouldn't be surprised if this one ended up 9-0. UND is just that f'n bad today.

Can't remember the last time I was more interested in bashing how bad the team is, versus actually watching the game (and in the 2nd period, no less). How the hell did UND get so uncompetitive?

We have seen that this team can dominate time-of-possession, faceoffs, & SOG. Obviously, Jones was a driving factor in the second category. But, if the guys have re-learned how to play as a unit, they should come out on top, even without Jones & Hoff. I still believe in this team's potential. Get in front of the goalie, boys.

Right. This team has puck possession time in its favor, but not much else. Horrible power play, missing the net constantly. After these two straight losses, I don't even have confidence that they can salvage a split this weekend, let alone compete with the likes of Duluth or SCSU

This year's team is now starting to look a lot like last year. Can't score. No push in the 3rd. No hometown advantage whatsoever. Boring.

Which came first, the boredom or the apathy?

God, this was a pathetic offensive no-show. Do we really have nobody that can bury a shot, or even hit the damn net (must have had at least 10 shots that missed the net, if not more)? Two straight losses - way to go boys.

6 goals on just 16 shots. Nobody would expect that on any team. C'mon man!

For all the squawking about how they were motivated and driven by missing the playoffs last year, they sure looked like crap today.

"One W" is about all we can expect if UND plays like this all season!

This was flat out a crappy first game. I hardly noticed the upperclassmen on this team at all tonight. One goal against BSU? If this is the best UND can do, its going to be an UGLY season.

Where were the veterans in P1? I hardly noticed any of our upperclassmen. They have to do much better.

Unfortunately, UND looked like "mice" yesterday!

This loss stinks. All that talk about handling it better this year. Zero points in H2. Hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of yards given up on defense.

Wow, Jones pulled off a big time moment there. I have to admit, these guys seem to be gelling finally. With all the injuries, it seemed in doubt, but now, they have some good momentum. Especially with Gardener & Jones back, the team seems to be finding a stride.

What the hell is Bast in the lineup for? Singlehandedly killed our game tonight.

If Cam does not let in that lousy second goal tonight, UND wins. But, the rest of the team also played poorly.

Regarding Cam, that weak second goal gave Miami a huge spark. But, having said that...Wow, this years team kinda sucks. Only UND could make Miami look good.

Cam did not "Steal" this game for UND, but for a change, he looked like a big factor out there. Also, having Jones back really seemed to matter. With a few pieces of the puzzle in place, this team looks much better. I still think their backs are against the wall, but this win helps the cause, obviously. In the end, I'm just bonkers about the program. I'm not a hater of the players or coaches, just ultra competitive, and protective of my UND hockey!
