Being at the game, the amount of crap they are letting go behind the play is crazy...

I like that idea. "Any major penalty issued in the final minute of a game that has a score with 3 or more goal differential is an automatic DQ, and 1 game suspension for the next non-exhibitiom game. Can carry over to following season, if applicable" that would be a great idea.
