albany river rats get shutout in first preseason game...hale and demarchi did not look like they dressed. parise -2 with no shots...almost every player was in the negative after this game... syracuse vs scranton preseason....went to shootout..panzer misses his shot..2 shots in game. goehring 30 minutes. 4 for 4 on saves in game.. bochenski scored at least 1 goal in binghamton intersquad scrimmage..thats all that was reported.. binghamton and syracuse both have another game today in their preseason round robin.....albany also plays again...

I got my hands on a few extra old school blackhawk indian head patches for jerseys. 8 1/2 x 9 1/2 in dimensions like the ones on the jerseys. no adhesive backing but they can be stitched on anything...email me if you are interested...

the ralphs beer prices are great compared to other places around the nation college or pro!!! 5.50 or 6.00 for a 32 oz, can't get any better than that...22 oz at a dbacks baseball game is 9.50...

i agree with the sound system being bad. i noticed this the very first game vs the gophers a few years back. i know there are problems at the ralph and things they do sometimes are just plain stupid but to have the nicest hockey arena in the world sitting in grand forks is pretty cool. they just need to make smarter decisions on issues that people really care about who pay their money and attend games and concerts and i guess that would be a start....................
