like we all didn't know that this was a strong possibility that he would leave early. hell, there was talk that he may have left afer his freshman year. zach is one of the best players to ever wear a uniform for the sioux and theres nothing wrong with as you call it "BAILING" for the pros at all. thats what the ultimate goal is for most players going to a top program and he is ready so why not! he has a chance to play in the fricken stanley cup playoffs and thats rare for a college player coming right out of his college season. good luck to zach and thanks for the 200% he gave every day he wore the sioux uniform!!!!!!!!

I am just as saddened by this as all others are. We will be OK as a team.. Kepp reloading is the name of the game at UND... Zach was great and a pleasure to watch every weekend. I think he made the right decision .. he is ready for the NHL and hope to see him play tuesday night againast the rangers.. He is a rare person and player. He gave it all 200%% every weekend for the Sioux and i respect that so much. Its been a tough weekend overall but in the long run I hope everything works for Zach in the near future and many years to come. GO SIOUX!!!!!!!!!

Just packing up and about to drive to colorado springs from az. my grandpa and i are on the move. packed all green and white and ready to roll!!!!!!!!!!!! 11 hours and we will be in c springs and ready to start pregame early......... lets go sioux!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have seen the old geometric logo a bunch on ebay. i won one for cheap the old style that just says north dakota in black with the jersey being green with black and white stripes. i also almost won one that was from a ways back with it being white and saying sioux across diagonally in green old drawstrings that were faded,this was a great throwback. it was authentic and about 25 years old. those are the only 2 retro jerseys i have seen on ebay in the last couple of years. i do have a old blackhawk green one that my grnadpa got me when i was six. holding on to that 4ever.. i have all sioux jerseys and they are such a great collector item because the old ones are so rare to get...

Just curious on who will be making the trip to colorado and what state you are traveling from.. One of the best things about Sioux Hockey is the following they get from the fans all over the country no matter where they play. I love seeing the crowds!!!! Myself...Coming from Arizona

Yes, actually RTO sullivans is the place that carries every sioux game for us fans out here to watch.. its in mesa.. we get about 95% of the games and i am sure they will have the games on this weekend for sure. this sports bar sections off a areas only to watch the sioux game which is pretty cool for us fans. crossstreets - alma school and southern would see you there but i will be in colorado springs to watch. GO SIOUX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it says on espn that sioux play the 5:30 game because denver will get the late game at (home) just like the final five with minn.. can't wait to get out their from AZ got some glass seats and am pumped!!!!!!!!!!

Can't wait for this one. what a way its been setup for the championship !! 2 talented teams going head to head. I think both teams have palymakers when talking about vanek and parise. 2 talented freshman with brady and ryan p.. i believe the sioux have even more talented freshman in the long run.. stafford jordan, smaby and porter who are key role players out there.. i believe the difference is goaltending. i like our chances in any type of game that happens weather its fast or tight checking.. jake or jordan will win the game tonight the way i look at it.. i hope thats what happens anyway.. no injuries and lets move on to COLORADO SPRINGS next weekend.... we will pack rto sullivans tonight in AZ to watch the sioux win!!!!!!!!! 4-2 SIOUX Parise -2 murray- 1 stafford- 1 vanek-1 ballard-1 LETS GO SIOUX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

as long as the fighting sioux sports network picks it up somehow we can watch in AZ at rto sullivans in mesa.. they get the old sattelite feeds for about every game they play..hope thats what happens because i will be pissed if i have to watch it on webcast as long as the other hundred people that go their to watch....

hope umd and wisc win tomorrow. we get cc or mn fri night if that happens. if not oh well and we'll take whoever.. go sioux!!!!!!!!!!!!
