he could walk on if need be, why has his stock plummeted? just wondering? he still has a year left to play in juniors correct? on a side note.........i believe there is a reason phil is the only one with that last name playing for the sioux in my opinion, there is something to it as phil could have easily ended up as a gopher when ryan and danny went there.
-
your in,thanks 39 players have signed up in the last 5 days wow, mostly sioux fans, gopher fans and a scsu and half sioux and half badger fan not sure if i will put a cap on the league of how many players, probably not
-

is there a better sports name out there?? dont think so!
-
i was thinking about coming up with a way of putting jet fuel inside skates to make the sioux skate even faster, any suggestions

no fence but there would be 100 threads to 1 for mens vs womens hockey really and they would be lost in the shuffle, therefore by keeping it where it is it would always be up top for womens hockey fans to talk about it. the website is perfectly set up jim!!

who cares when they were ongoing and so forth, hes friken signed, i think thats what 99.9999% of us wanted to read very soon and we did today, some knew before about it and some didnt, this means 5 more straight trips to the frozen 4 of course, im gona make my next 5 plane reservations today because hak only goes to frozen 4's how do you like them apples

patience was the key, it was a matter of time!! the "key" word in the article is "coaches" not just coach, hak wanted to make sure his asistants were taken care of as he knows how important they are to the success of the program overall! Hakstol is pleased to have all three coaches on board with five-year contracts. "I am happy that this package recognizes our entire coaching staff," he said. "It provides stability for our coaching team and allows us the opportunity to continue to work together in what we consider the best place in hockey. We can continue to concentrate on what is important; developing young men and winning hockey games." looks like this thread can be changed to hak has 5 years left on the contract, sign him now

well done to the players from all the teams that helped!!
-
im assuming the gophers get cities kids that are friends a lot as most of these elite players end up playing on the same teams through the year. most players that play for the sioux and gophers were maybe teamates somewhere in their short lives. leddy sounds like a nice recruit!!

looks like hes a left handed d man, class of 2009, i fund him listed at 5'10, 160lbs, hes another young one and those numbers may be old as well, they are from this link http://www.luciacamps.com/rosters.php?team=1 USA, are there any local grand forks kids that will be on the radar? just havent been to up to date on the younger kids there. thanks.

that guy would probably be out of the league if he did it all the time, it doesnt happen every single night. hell, the other team can choose whats gona happen, if they throw a tougher guy out to fight or not. i havent seen this problem in the nhl so i dont buy it, its a what if scenerio for sure and a extreme as i havent seen this be a problem lately. the pauk situation wasnt a what if and thats what this thread is about to begin with.
-
first off im not a "fight monger" as you call it and are calling many i dont watch hockey games at the nhl level for fighting, thats what the echl and below are for if you really want to get into it. its actually not even close to being a big part of the game as it used to be. you dont like fights dave, thats your opinion and i resepct that, others like fights and thats thier opinion and im cool with that as well, i dont need fights but if they happen they happen so you can drop me as one of your fight mongers list:lol:
