  1. For those of you in Vegas, the biggest obstacle to getting a win in tonight's game might be... ...pacing yourselves.
  2. To your point, Craig Button and The Hockey News both have Perron in their "Other Notable Prospects" list, which indicates more of a 2nd round grade, not a 4th-6th round grade. Also, Button has Andrew Strathmann as a potential first-round pick (#29 overall). I'm guessing the mid-season rankings update will see Perron rise quite a bit.
  3. That's so cool. My family and I did a Papillon helicopter tour last year. Our first time in a helicopter. It was so fun, the highlight our of whole trip!!!
  4. NHL Central Scouting Watch List just came out, highlighting first-time draft-eligible players. (I think that's the purpose of the list; if I'm wrong, please correct.) These are the UND commits on the list: Andrew Strathmann, D - Grade B David Klee, F - Grade C Jake Livanavage, D - Grade C Jayden Perron, F - Grade C
  5. A short feature on Jayden Perron.
  6. Those look solid and reasonable. I'd like to see Albrecht get minutes too, maybe rotating on the fourth line.
  7. Through six games... your +/- leader is...Louis Jamernik V at +4. Louis has 5 (five) points so far. your +/- loser is...Tyler Kleven at -6. Tyler has 0 (zero) points so far. your goal leader is...Riese Gaber with 5 (five). your points leader is...Chris Jandric with 10 (ten). Kleven will come around.
  8. I want The Hun. (Plus, at a Cretin-Durham guy, Attila is probably besties with the Mauer family, which never hurts.)
  9. Like Hain-Jamernik-Senden, for example?
  10. TV/streaming info: According to UND's schedule page and NCHC.tv, this game is on Midco and NCHC.tv.
  11. Edina...cannot...even...find the words...just so...shocked and offended.
  12. Tho I'd rather win gimmick hockey than lose gimmick hockey.
  13. I'd like to see how James looks on the big sheet. Hopefully he's in the lineup tomorrow night.
  14. Senden looked really slow tonight. The bigger sheet does him no favors.
  15. My bad. I thought it was a weird continuation game. Against a different opponent. At a different location.
  16. I disagree. Alot to build on. Defensively (aside from a couple of obvious lapses) it was light years better than last Saturday. DeRidder was great too.
  17. I keep reminding myself that this weekend's results don't prove that we are or are not a legit national title contender. Nevertheless, I want to see us pummel the Gophers into pulp. Let's play some Sioux hockey and show that last Saturday's game was an outlier.
  18. Speaking of Jost, here's an interesting bit of data. Jost last played for UND in the spring of 2017, and he is still younger than two players on this season's roster. Tyson Jost 03/14/1998 Ty Farmer 01/06/1998 Mark Senden 01/22/1998
