This game ended very similar to the last friday night the gophers played at the Ralph. They got the empty netter to make it 4-1 and then scored again.... saturday night und was the better team and won.

I'm just mentioning the captain and head coach as the leaders of the team is all.

Difficult to score when you can't even complete passes.

I can definitely name more players on the gopher roster than on any other nchc team. They have some pretty good players. I also didn't realize being able to name every player is a requirement to be a rivalry. Just because you don't care as much doesn't mean you need to ruin everyone else's fun.

Maybe to you. But to most people on both sides it's still very much a rivalry.

The jersey is nice but yeah it won't look good with the kelly green... but only for warmups so not a big deal. Where does the auction money for these ones go to I wonder? Taking the opportunity to make some extra cash?

They should have just gone with Hawks. The nickname isn't terrible that way. But it's not very original lol. I think just a hawk, like in the above post, as a logo without the lettering would be nice.
