Defense wins the game again!!! The offense needs to be more consistant. I understand it's early in the season, but they should not turn the ball over like that. Did the Sioux turn the ball over 5 times today?

UND, needs to stay aggressive in games and put teams away to start the second half. They give teams some hope, and it allows they back in the game. UND obviously did not come out and play well on offense in the second half. To much pressure on the defense, all the time.

Typical conservative play for UND with a lead in the second half, it is so frustrating because when you play like that you absolutely cannot turn the ball over and UND has made plenty of mistakes today.

What did the Delta player do to get ejected? They don't just eject people for no reason.

The only thing I worry about with this game is a slow start, basically not be ready to play from the opening kickoff. UND has had a history of slow starts in many games, and if it happens in this game, I am not sure they will be able to recover. Can anyone fill me in on how the young sioux football players looked? (if they actually played) I am just curious to see how the new recruits look. (Freund, Drew Thomas, Brandon Jordan, and any others that saw some PT in the scrimmage or if someone has watched them practice)

So, what date is this? and will they have a team that would on the game the is UND or would you just pick a professional team? Sounds like it would be fun, but I need more info.

I am not all that concerned about the starters, I am more worried if somebody gets hurt. From what I know it doesn't look like the O Line is very deep, so pray for good hoggy health.

Yes, but they also put Bentley at #3 so I wouldn't be to proud of that ranking. SI really doesn't know anything. I think that we shouldn't worry about ranking so much right now and just hope the Sioux are focusing in on getting better and the team they play each week.

If you didn't know he was an outstanding athlete before that, you must not have seen him at all when he was in high school.

I have to disagree with you on this, I am from Minot and Fargo and Grand Forks both seem to stick their nose up at the rest of the state. Al least that is the perception that many in the Western part of the state have. This is just a small example of what I am talking about. When I was young and played travel soccer in ND the all teams from the state would meet at tournaments almost every weekend during the summer, except for Fargo and many times Grand Forks. Grand Forks would play in a few ND Tounaments a year but the Fargo teams would only show up for the state Tourney, which at the time was alway held in Jamestown. This was percieved by many as the Fargo teams felt ND wasn't good enough competition and had to look for quality opponents elsewhere. I am sure not everyone thought this way but most did. The funny thing is that Fargo was almost never good enough to take the state title in any age range at that time.

I don't think the fans are idiots (but every team does have some of those) It just seems slightly humorous about the lack of knowledge for the area, which is somewhat expected. Is defining "just" a lot like defining "is" If thats the case, I live in Texas which is just south of the Canadian border. Just a quick drive to pick up some smarties, coffee crisp and molson.
