Not going to sugar coat this one at all.....this loss hurt and in so many ways. I have said for sometime USD is good and expected them to do some damage in the mvfc, but if UND wanted to be taken serious and looked upon as a potential title contender, this is a game they win...or at minimum a close loss. Instead they $&@! the bed. And that's being nice . USD could of just as well been playing NorthEast Wisconsin st tech. UND offered no resistance. I taped this game , definitely will not watch it. My frustration level currently is at 10!!

Fortunately I couldn't watch the game......just read through a few pages......ugh!. Sounds like many people , players to blame . Completely embarrassed today!!! Congrats to USD. ILB is just WAY to banged up. Starting 195 lb walk on freshman!? Love the guy (Rastas) but he should not be starting at this point in his career. If Donnell and Connor were the starters today UND would have faired much better. ILB have lost Poole, Connor( massive), Donnell( massive), Cam, Noah (big) ......way to much. When half of your two deep is walk ons.....you know that position is hurting . Not to mention jake hasnt played that position before this year. The whole LB in general is just way to light. All balance around 200 lbs. They need beef to sustain this style of offensive play with constant 300-315 lb men leaning and pushing on them. At this point I think UND needs to go undefeated, earn automatic bid, in big sky to have a chance at playoffs. The big sky OOC has been brutal this year 9-2 and at very least 8-3( one conf loss) I turn many colors thinking about Rudolph......I have spoken my frustration with him for three years. As loyal as bubba is , he needs to make a decision. When drake scores the same as UND!!!!!....there's issues. No $&@&! excuses !! EMBERRASING!! The D didn't play well either but going against a style of offense, you need your offense to burn off mins to keep the D fresh. USD exposed unds lightweight LB crew today....fortunately UND gets the big sky teams that really don't offer the same style of offensive attacks. Unfortunately UND isn't a contender at the moment.....to many question marks and injuries. Long season yet ....they have time to turn it around and it starts with Mont st. Bubba better be losing his voice screaming at coaches and players alike on the ride home. USD punced the !@#$ out you for a KO. Made UND look like a high school team. Never seen a bubba team so undisciplined..... NO MORE INJURIES!!!!

Don't let streveler get comfortable and UND wins comfortably cmon Rudolph....open page two of the playbook and hit the coyotes hard!!!!!

Streveler is as close to a one man show offensively as it gets. Need to contain his run and make him beat you with the pass. He may be very capable of throwing the ball well but he prefers to make you look silly with his running ability which he does frequently. Take away the duel threat status and make him one dimensional ! Unds LBs need to be as sound and disciplined as ever. GO UND!!!

Limit explosive plays! Streveler will get his yards but UND needs to not over pursue on play actions. He runs that system perfectly. Streveler also seems to take full advantage when the pocket collapses and he has one on one.....up the middle or the edge. Very talented.....big, fast and slippery. These usd games are always close Und 34-32

UNDs cb/s that had the pick 6s ( you know.....the two all Americans ) were playing as though they were all Americans and made the plays. That's not lucky.. they played like that all season. But if their fans (some of them) want to think it's a gift well then I just watched the usd bgsu highlights.....looks like usd was given some gifts from bgsu.....fumble and int. Fumbles count as a gift....right!?

PREDICTABILITY!! NO CREATIVITY IN FOUR YEARS!! It gets the job to a certain extent against average teams. I think we agree that the big sky has been down....look at the results when he is out of conference. 0-2 last year vs the CAA. The rushing totals in the two games: 71 carries 152 yards. To make a deep run in the playoffs the offense needs to be not so predictable. I love the run heavy offense but he has to stray away from the predictability. The same predicable plays didn't work for Santiago and JJ. JJ finally had to carry the entire misery st secondary for 20 yards to score. Santiago if used right should have easily ran for 150 or better. I will hang the white flag and say he is a fine OC.

That is how to close out games! Lets see if Rudolph has the ability to do that against the likes of ndsu or even Montana, Weber, SUU...etc....NO WAY!!! NO WAY!! Brady was a man amongst boys against misery st. He made Rudolph look average on Saturday. His predictability is off the charts and has ZERO creativity. But has a lot talent to work with.

This. Sounds like Donnell is out and that hurts. Streveler is 220 pounds of slipppery athleticism. With an entire LB crew of 200 pounds UND needs to somehow find a push. Tall task. They to be sound and make the tackle when's the chance arrives.

UNDs talent on offense won it. Namely Brady. Brady literally ran through people yesterday. Unbelievable runs from that young man. That wasn't Rudolph that's all Brady!! If Brady wasn't playing this would of been a closer game then what it was. Nobody can arm tackle him ....he was a man on a mission! Santiago was sent up the same holes.....he didn't fair well. JJ had one beautiful run but not much else on his other 9 carries. They stacked the box pretty hard.....hmmmm weird. Missouri st, with all due respect, is really bad! Bad! Very likely they will not win a game this year. When it's apples to apples talent Rudolph will lose. Missouri st isnt an apple USDs D is getting better but it's the offense that makes them go. UND should do ok Saturday offensively, even with the massive road block that is Rudolph. Their is a football buzz going on in vermillion...and they want revenge from last years loss. Home crowd should be amped!! NEED TO CONTAIN STREVELER!!! Hell of an athlete and very slippery. Big boy. So here's to Santiago up the middle first play. Wonder if it would be extremely difficult to send Santiago out wide with MOOSE in the backfield to start a game. I would assume it would be. But come out with a three wr set with wanzek on one side and izzy and Santiago on the other side. USD would sh&$ their pants. have Keaton stare/look at Santiago for a screen toss only to find wanzek with all green around him on the opposite side. If it worked ...great!!! If it didn't ....well maybe at least USD would have to loosen a tad on stacking the line. Then MOOSE TIME!!!!

the starting four backers against SD will be program weight of 200, 200, 210,215. Two of them are definitely not 200 and the other two just break the barrier. Outside the three DL ...Cole is by far the 4th biggest player on D Streveler is 230. He will be very hard to contain. He's a dude *I'm not feeling confident about this game with the injuries

Rastas is very football intelligent. Great hips and movement and loves to hit ....just needs another 30 lbs.

Donnells injury is massive. Hope it isn't to bad. With him out UND essentially starts three DL , two cbs and 6 safeties ( based on size). The four starting LB crew bounce around 200 lbs. Before the season started UND lost three high impact players: MLB- Connor-(retired) sen- the qb of the D CB-Deion- all American - sen- out for year OT- Elijah- (quit/ non injury) had potential to be unds highest draft pick others: S- Andre- had him pegged as starter opposite Cole - out for year MLB- cam- hudl tape shows he's explosive and has the look. Believe he might play this year? MLB- Noah- big dude and fast. very cerebral. Looked real good in fall practice. Very likely would be a starter if he is able to come back. WR/PR- seibel- senior that does the "dirty" work. FB- norberg- sen- massive dude that has played a ton of career mins WR- cam- very explosive player. Could add a whole new element to unds offense MLB- Donnell- starter/stud OG- Demon- starter/ unds best OL ? RB- Austin - suspended for year/ non injury The MLB group has taken the most "hits". With no bye week again this year, these injuries are magnified even more. If Donnell and Noah are not able to come back ...Rastas and Jake will have to play heavy mins for the next 2 and half months straight. Absolutely love those two, but at MLB, that's asking a lot out of two 200 lb. I don't think geier or Dijon are ready. Oscar could maybe spell them Bubba is just starting to build quality depth...UND needs a little help on the injury front ...please no more injuries!!
