WHL does its US draft separately now: https://www.eliteprospects.com/draft/whl-us-prospect-draft/2020 Shaugabay drafted in the first round along with some NoDaks.

Never post again.

Hahaha wow. You would take a bullet for the white trash Pat Buchanan, wouldn't you? Trump's biggest bootlickers would never go so far as to call him selfless.

Next you're going to tell us you don't vaccinate your kids because it causes autism.

It's pretty much in areas that you wouldn't want to visit anyways. I visit regularly and have only encountered it in/near the Tenderloin and parts of downtown. Also, a good amount of the homeless on the west coast are vets from working class families in the Midwest/south who were lazily prescribed opiates by the VA to deal with the gift that keeps giving. Support our troops.....until their PTSD gets the best of them.

It is human nature to overestimate short term implications and underestimate the long term. Think about what this could result in after the dust settles. If you're a small government advocate, the CDC official trying to explain their piss poor response by saying he expected more interest and investment from the private sector basically ruined your position for the foreseeable future. Beyond that, short commercial real estate. More jobs are going to go full telecommute.

Can someone sum up the article?

Hockey Games Played in Season

Can you stack them, i.e. Alaska and HoF game? -
Pearl Jam just postponed their tour because of it. Hoping the other concerts I'm going to this month don't get cancelled. Logan's Run is the only logical conclusion to this....
-
Absolutely. Two years ago I rooted for them against Notre Dame. Not last year, and probably never again. Can't recall who I rooted for when it was Duluth and Denver. Deliberately didn't watch, was still bitter about the Fargo Screwjob.

Between his dad, uncle, and multiple teammates committed there, he's easy picking for Wisconsin. But then again, they clogged up their recruiting with too many offers and not enough spots.
-
Not that it's the best measure, but his junior stats aren't very good. we'll see how he does in juniors for the rest of the season I suppose.
-
They roughed him up a bit (especially near the end of regulation) but he's literally a man among boys in HS hockey, he should be able to handle it. For his sake, hopefully he's smarter than Donovan and spends a year in juniors before college.

Blake Biondi is going to fit right in with the diving at UMD. When the biggest and strongest guy out there is flopping, it doesn't bode well for when everybody is his size and caliber.

anyone to keep an eye on in the MN state tournament?

One of my favorite shirts is for the 2009 macnaughton cup. Nothing wrong with celebrating this milestone. Keep your eyes on the prize, but enjoy the ride. -
Not the account I expected to post it, but they are mad they don't have a slim chance at the Penrose I suppose.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaab/2020/02/29/coronavirus-national-college-players-association-asks-no-fans-ncaa-tournament/4914636002/ Likely to apply to hockey as well. Suddenly not getting a regional this year means much less.

No goal was the right call after the precedent set yesterday. Had yesterday's counted they would have counted tonight's. Western player was pushed downward, but he pops back up into Scheel. Onus is on him to arrest (ski term) and avoid further interference. Tough pill for them to swallow as that pretty much forces them to win the tournament to make it rather than receive a nice pairwise bump, but they aren't an easy out. That was a fun weekend of hockey, and could have gone their way either night.

Looks like Providence's Dugan doesn't care about the Hobey voters judging his demeanor:
-
his shovel/scoop/redirect is tough to defend on the power play. he's got plenty of space to go before his ceiling.
-
given their age and physical conditioning they have nothing to worry about.

Northeastern loses to Vermont and drops from 12 to 17 in PW. Ouch.
