I was at the game last night sitting behind DU goalie for two periods. DU was all over us and there didn't seem to be anything we were capable of doing about it. DU fan next to me said DU backup goalie is not good, so maybe we can muster up a goal Saturday night, but I don't think there is any chance of a win. This team is just not good. If a bunch of these guys leave, it would be a blessing. Bubba Schweigert was at the game looking very relaxed.

Is 29 not playing tonight?

I don't know who the head coach of the UNLV club program is, but the managed to beat DU this year. And maybe Krissy likes him.

The fear of guys transferring out can't override the need to get rid of this entire coaching staff. The new coach has to be able to bring in his own guys. And the new coach doesn't have to be a UND alum.

We used to value an "energy" guy like this young Croal. Compared to some of the guys who don't seem to want to play with passion until the point in the game when we have to pull our goalie, he is a joy. Put him in coach.

Agree. dont know if the order of those D pairings on the line chart means anything, but Emery is not a top line D Man. Not a physical player (except to take a cheap costly penalty) and provides very little offensively or on the breakout. Has not progressed like young D men in the past.

Had a lot of hope for him but he needs to be counseled to start over somewhere else. His turnovers and lack of scoring are a negative force.

They took some unnecessary penalties, but overall they look like a well coached team to me.

It's all that good goalie coaching we have.

Our guys look like they are in a Learn To Skate class compared to ASU and DU skaters.

Hak is due to be recycled soon I suppose when he's through collecting on his last contract. NHL is still full of old school hockey mentality. I wouldn't be surprised if the NHL scouts are similar to the old school scouts in baseballs Moneyball movie: rating players by the looks of the player's girlfriend!
