Amsoil in Duluth/Superior. Grand Forks leaders seem to be afraid to compete and "take away jobs" from neighboring community to get these companies to move here. Fargo says, "Screw that. We don't care about being good neighbors. Give us your FedEx jobs Grand Forks. Give us your Marvin Windows jobs Warroad (Integrity division), and give us your Digi Key jobs TRF (20-30% or so of DigiKey orders are shipped out of Fargo and that number keeps growing)."

Human nature: 2% don't care out of the 2,000.... Looks the same as all the outdoor music festivals I've been to.
-
Could be worse.
-
First excuse was, "We need to build the indoor practice facility. Then we'll show them!" Now its, "We need new locker and weight rooms at one of the best FCS practice facilities in the country...Then we'll show them!"
-
Yup. And ISU was back where UND punted from two plays later.
-
Maybe the new slogan is #yearbyyear.

Yes. UND was in a conference with Big Ten Schools Minnesota and Wisconsin winning 7 Division 1 titles. While UND football was playing Morningside, Crookston, Augustana, and Moorhead in freezing temps outside. Sure UND hockey got a new arena, but so did UND football...from a crappy outdoor stadium to one of the nicest indoor stadiums in FCS. Then UND Football moved to Division 1. The gap is pretty much the same. They both went from averaging 6,000 to 10,000+.

Your ability to recognize is outstanding!

Congrats?

I wouldn't be bragging about being behind CSU, CU, and Air Force. But thanks for proving my point.

The "it" factor was contagious when Keaton was on the field. Still the only UND QB to lead a win over an FBS team and then followed that up by having the best year in UND FCS history: 8-0 Big Sky record and playoffs.
-
Well now we're changing it from top dog sport at UND to "NDSU is a good football school." No doubt its hard to compete with a local FCS football team that has been the most dominant FCS/AA team in history...by Far! No other team in the country seems to be able to win a Natty right now until someone blows up NDSU. UND already won a football championship when it was still a hockey first school. This argument then doesn't hold any water simply because its now FCS. UND student attendance at football games is in the top half of all FCS games. I think you're overestimating FCS schools. Did you watch the Sam Houston State game? Empty stadium with only 5,000 people. And that is with back to back national semi final game appearances. UND has some of the nicest FCS facilities in the country in the indoor practice facility and the Alerus complex. Along with some of the highest attended FCS games in the country. 26th nationally last year. (If UND averaged 11,500...tonights attendance.... They would be Top 20 in attendance.)

Cool Story Bro. Thanks. It feels awesome to be top dog in the state. UNC could have been too if its wasn't such a sh!ty school. And UNC's in state competition did everything they could for the longest time to suck balls too.
-
Yet UND football teams still draws more fans than most of the other Big Sky conference teams do...one of which is Idaho State. Eastern Washington's stadium only holds 8,500 and they have relatively recent FCS championship under their belt. Football doesn't need to ever be king at UND to win a FCS National Championship.

Here's a recap of the last game Nate Ketteringham played for at Sac State. This is what Sac States own website lists: http://www.hornetsports.com/sports/fball/2016-17/releases/20161119uq12qa Then the head coach fired his QB coach and went out and signed two QB transfers in the offseason to replace Ketteringham. Ketteringham was asked by the staff to transfer: Ouch! Then Bubba says: "Sure 2-9 record Sac State, We'll take your third best QB!"
-
I think you're on to something here. He doesn't improvise much. When the pass isn't there he needs to know when to tuck and run. Your QB is the leader of the entire offense. He literally should be your best offensive player. Having an "OK" qb leads to an "OK" overall season record. Relying on a transfer from a conference foes (2-9 his last season playing at Sacramento State) qb shows a lack of recruitment and development at that position.
-
The coaches brought in players who blew it.
-
How can UND ever recruit against Idaho State when they have an arena like this!
-
Scoring zero points at home for 40+ minutes is completely unacceptable.
-
I had the "Joe Mollberg 2.0" thought during the game today.
-
From what I hear all the UND turnovers were Ketteringhams fault.
-
Criticism of the program is certainly fair play.
-
Don't degrade the team you cheer for because they lost one game. Saying you don't care cause hockey is around the corner doesn't help the football team build for the future.
-
Stuff like this isn't needed.

Should have went for it on that 4th and 3. Coaches werent playing to win at that point.
