Sioux-cia Posted December 9, 2006 Author Posted December 9, 2006 OMG you weren't kidding. IT just happened Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 you're mean Hey, I had to deal with your quick posts with Sioux football a few weeks back!!! Quote

Siouxdonyms Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Badgers respond with a goal of their own. Where was the defense there??? Quote
Sioux_Hab-it Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Lammy on his knees flapping like a flounder again. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Puck came out after Lammy made first save and the Badger found his way through all our defense to get the rebound goal. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Lammy on his knees flapping like a flounder again. I didn't think he did too bad there. After watching the replay, it looked like he was screened by the Badger forward. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Tripping penalty on the Badgers. Let's get it back Sioux! Quote
GBpakrzz Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Tough break for Lammy. Would be nice if the D would actually clear the puck. PP for the good guys coming up. Quote
Sioux-cia Posted December 9, 2006 Author Posted December 9, 2006 Now I know how you felt with the football posts. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Now I know how you felt with the football posts. I did think it was kind of cool to know that we were going to score before the ball was even snapped! Quote
Sioux_Hab-it Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 I didn't think he did too bad there. After watching the replay, it looked like he was screened by the Badger forward. He had no idea what was transpiring in front of him because from his knees he couldn't see a thing. If he had gotten back up he might have been able to get into position. Sadly, even on his knees he isn't big enough to cover the whole net like an Elliot. Quote
farce poobah Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 If Adam actually were to call all that Badger interference, it helps the Sioux a bunch. Off to a good start in that regard. Quote
Sioux-cia Posted December 9, 2006 Author Posted December 9, 2006 I don't know if I should be watching or reading! Quote

The average college goaltender does tend to fall to his knees rather quickly. I guess that tells us where Elliott is at and where Lammy is at. Quote
Sioux-cia Posted December 9, 2006 Author Posted December 9, 2006 It's so much fun watching TJ, I just hope all the skill results in some goals!!! Quote

Siouxdonyms Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Agreed, and being able to pop back up quickly is what made Karl so great despite his stature. He didn't have as far to fall! Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 End of the 1st. Pretty evenly played game thus far. Need to put more bodies in front of Elliott to create havoc for him. Quote
farce poobah Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 End of 1 -- still 1-1 SOG 18-10 Sioux We have really good jump. We need to keep cycling, and if we can continue that in the second period, we can really wear out their D. Best "cycling" I've seen this year against a strong team like WI. Keep it going SIoux. Beat the BADgers. Quote
mksioux Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Why is Sweeney pronouncing Genoway's name with a hard G? Quote
Sioux-cia Posted December 9, 2006 Author Posted December 9, 2006 Gotta say it. To all those Sioux fans who rag on Brian Lee, He is only the 17th player in history to be picked to play for TEAM USA three years in a row. He's got something great going for them and our Fighting Sioux team!!! Quote
Sioux-cia Posted December 9, 2006 Author Posted December 9, 2006 Why is Sweeney pronouncing Genoway's name with a hard G? Chay told him that is the correct pronunciation. Quote
mksioux Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Chay told him that is the correct pronunciation. Funny, we went through three years of Colby and a half-year of Chay before anyone said anything. Kind of like Justin Morneau I guess... Quote
