A huge hole that will take time for his replacement, however well qualified, to fill. Berry's work with the young defensemen has been legendary, and his off ice demeanor and bench skills are both top shelf. Yes it will take time to fill up the hole as a person, but I trust Hak and if he thinks this will work, then it will work.
