I have no idea how one goes about doing that, but he's one of two "freshmen" on the Sioux (Joe Finley is the other) who has done this. Another player who did it was Drew Stafford. I would think one would have to be pretty sharp to graduate early and accelerate their schooling. But it sounds like the kids that went to Shattacks actually have to spend a lot of time studying because the school is pretty hard. So I suppose it was nothin for a bright kid like Toews.
