After the game on Sat they were saying on the radio that it looked like Chad had injured his MCL.

Any word in GF on his injury?  We could use him and Lundbohm back quickly, but if he tore this ligament it probably is the season for him?

If it is an MCL injury vs. an ACL injury, that would bode better for Chad getting back on the team. With hockey players, it seems as though they come back sooner from knee injuries for some reason. I thought I saw somewhere that a torn MCL would mean a two month recovery time. That would be a mid-February return. An ACL is a much more severe injury.

So, basically I don't have any answers to your question.

I hadn't even heard that Ryan Connelly was hurt from the preceding week, as I haven't been able to listen to many games lately.  I think he's going to be good, so I hope it isn't serious.

So now, does anyone know the status of the injuries to:

Mazurak

Lundbohm

R. Connelly?

At least this gives some other guys a chance to play and impress.

David Lundbohm: Deep thigh bruise (knee checked out OK).

Status: after St. Lawrence

Ryan Connelly: Shoulder (vs. MSU-Mankato).
