NDSU plays here this season and next.  The problems when UND plays NDSU and look over matched happen in Fargo.   The true measuring stick will be in 2 years.

The measuring stick is new every year this is basically a new team with all the new players, there is no 2 years in the new age of college football. Either you show up or you dont and that can kill a program, hears to hoping we show up and make it a game.

doesn't / shouldn't take years to turn a FCS program around considering:

1. the portal...go get em...they can play right away and you can pay em

2. there are literally 10 good FCS programs your competing against with the best one only 70 miles away...aint too hard to see how you have to keep up with the Jones's.

I've been following this rivalry so long that I remember when Moo-U got artificial turf before UND did. I guess NDSU figured out a new way for the cows not to graze at halftime!
