Goon
It doesn't matter, Puffy will come back with some crap tomorrow about how UND got lucky or that we rode the back of Parise or some other excuse. UND was the better team this season no doubt about it. Or mabye I could be wrong, but I think its nice to beat the Gophers twice this season in the playoffs. Of course some seem to think that the third place game didn't matter. So the last two season UND beat the Gophers 6/9 times. Not too bad if you ask me. I am waiting for PA to rub it in with Puffy tomorrow.

mikejm
Actually PA picked the Sioux to beat Minnesota, although it may have been a facetious pick. Dubay is sort of tough to take from time to time, but I think he's one of college hockey's great cheerleaders, and really adds to the sport. He said on the air today that it would be really hard to stay in Columbus among all the Sioux fans if his beloved Gophers lost. I think the fitting thing would be one of the Sioux faithful outfit young Puffy in a nice white Sioux jersey, and then hope ESPN's cameras pick him up. He mentioned this on the show the last week. Thats kind of funny but apparently his wife asked Jeff how the girls looked during the hockey game last weekend but he almost got himself in by saying he wasn't watching them. Ok, most of us guys watch the cheer leaders from time to time.
redwing77
I agree with mikejm. Today they were talking about Gopher hockey and it really wasn't all that homerish. In fact, they sounded skeptical. And even so, it's nice that there is SOMEWHERE we can go to listen to college hockey coverage even if it is Gopher junk.
Diggler
Dubay knows what he is talking about and has a pretty good grasp on college hockey. You have to realize that 75% of what he says about the Sioux, he says to try to irritate UND fans.
dobber00
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Dubay's college hockey analysis. He is just such a Gopher diehard. So I had to rub it in a little. Give me until saturday and them I will talk about something else.
