Schmidt saying fans need to get active on X and show support when we offer players via likes, etc. He followed it by a call out to the importance of the 1883 Collective. He gets it!

On a serious note, sounds like he went through hell after that mistake. Good to have someone that has gone through some major adversity. He's someone the players could open up to about mental health.
