Enrollment generally goes down when the economy is well.  And vice versa.

Think a lot of parents and even students don’t want majors in propaganda courses in some liberal arts fields.  That is hurting enrollment too.

So Delta and United Airlines have signed agreements with UND to take pilots.  But American Airlines has plotted its own course by starting its own pilot academy.
