Reformed Gphr Fan
I just spoke to the satellite guy at Senser's - for some reason he doesn't have internet access right now, and he asked me to post the following information about the availability of the Duluth series this weekend for him: -There is NO TV available for Friday night. -Senser's is TRYING to get the game for Saturday night - they are bringing in a separate dish and engineer to attempt to pick up the digital signal, but there are NO GUARANTEES that this will work. The digital coordinates posted above are for a raw feed (no graphics, no stats, just the clock) out of Duluth and he estimates that they have a 90/10 chance of being able to pick it up. He also recommended that large parties consider making reservations. For reservations (Bloomington) or questions (ask for John Innes), call (952) 835-1191. He will be there and can answer your questions tonight and tomorrow night, as well as Saturday night. Just passing on the message...

I am assuming when you say "posted above" you're talking about the coordinates on theralph.com (AMC9 TP 5)
Reformed Gphr Fan
Yes, you are correct - I originally planned to post in the thread with that info and then changed my mind. Sorry for the confusion!
wxman91
Shall I assume that since they are bringing in another dish to try to get Saturday night's game, it could only be broadcast at the Bloomington location and not Roseville? Reformed Gphr Fan
I would call John and ask - he would know.
01grad
90% chance they will have it on television tomorrow I was told when I called.
SiouxTupa
<4 hours remaining to game time. Are we going to see it at Sensers? I REALLY hope so. Actually I don't mind listening to Hennessy like last night, but it's better when I can analyze the goals on my own.

Just talked to Joe Sensers...they are 99.9% sure they will have the game tonight (I called Bloomington). I was told the only reason they wouldn't be showing it is if the broadcast were blacked out for some reason. No reservations being taken! It was mentioned that calls have been pouring in since 9:30am.....First come first served. If all goes well we will be watching this one... wxman91
Just got back from the Bloomington Senser's. What a great atmosphere. That place was overrun with Sioux fans. I especially liked how 90% of the televisions were showing the Sioux-Dogs game and the Gophers game was relegated to a few sets on the side
siouxnami
I drove up from Rochester to see the game at Senser's and had a great time. The Sioux crowd was excellent. I think that they couldn't put the Gophers on many TVs because the Gopher game started later and by that time eveery set had a number of Sioux fans intensely watching. 01grad
If you thought it was fun last night, wait until next weekend when we stroll around the ice with the cup, then the place will be rocking! It was nice not having to watch commercials either. It was funny watching Sweeny when he was on camera and didn't know it during the breaks. The guy who was running the show at Sensers did a great job of color commentating during the game. He would give us updates of stats and point out nice plays and penalty calls to help us follow along with Sweeny. Very fun time! Can't wait for next weekend!!! I hope we are matched up with Mankato for the playoffs. Too bad Tech couldn't put them away both nights. If we play like we are now though it doesn't matter who we play. Fedorov
I hope we are matched up with Mankato for the playoffs. That is not going to happen. We would have to lose some points to Tech so they could pass Mankato. If we lose too many points, we would move down to second and then Tech would move up to ninth anyway. So in reality, Tech is coming here two weekends in a row.
