A quick look shows about 40 seats available tonight, all of the being singles and all sold at $55 each. Hardly an attendance issue.

Actually, Gopher Sports was offerring SRO only tickets for the Badger series at a discounted price of $25

$25 is what standing room tickets have cost every other season, as far as I know this is the first year they've been charging full seat prices for SRO tickets. IMO $55 for a SRO ticket is crazy, I'd never pay it.

I think the athletic department has been fairly successful dumping cheap tickets via facebook deals this football season and plan on doing the same with hockey and basketball.

I've paid over 30 for every SRO ticket I've ever bought at Mariucci.
