SiouxVolley Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 The Cal Poly win was huge for the Hornets. Many of their fans had given up on them after being blasted by UND at home. Now Sac St arguably can get in with a 7-4 record (1-1 vs FBS and no sub-FCS games). petey23 Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 Interesting. But I think their loss to UND will keep them out of the playoffs unless they beat Montana St. and finish 8-3....their biggest problem is going to be the way the league is going to end up. EWU will end up 9-2 or 8-3 NAU will end up 10-1 or 9-2 Cal Poly will end up 9-2 or 8-3 Montana State will end up 10-1 or 9-2 Don't think the Big Sky will get 5 teams in....they would likely need to beat Montana State and finish 8-3 and have Cal Poly finish 8-3 to get the 4th spot. CMSioux Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 UND's win over Sac State was no fluke, UND was the better team. Quote
