Of 410 foreign students who have received four-year degrees since 2003 — most of them in the past four years — 400 did not fulfill all the requirements, it said. This is the first I have heard of this at all. It seems like there must have been a reason for the audit to have been performed, I wonder who first inquired. Related to the diploma mill scandal not sure.. Making national headlines as the University that gives away diplomas to chinese and russian students. Not good not good at all. The people involved in this should be ashamed of themselves. Its quite possible this could be a death blow to this university. It does however say that this started happening in the Summer of 2008 and the former president was hired in April of 2008.
