GeauxSioux
The Sioux women are ranked #10 academically by the WBCA. Announced by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA), the University of North Dakota women's basketball team ranked 10th nationally on the 2009-10 Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll with a team average of 3.442. All players finished above a 3.1 and two landed a perfect 4.0. "This is a great accomplishment for our student-athletes," said head coach Gene Roebuck. "We were all over the map again last season with travel and that led to our players missing class time. To be able to juggle both the academics and athletics with that kind of schedule is again, a great accomplishment for our team." What is equally as impressive is that all four of the Dakota schools are in the top 25. 2. SDSU 10. UND 12. NDSU 16. USD

The top the NAIA for the second straight year, and they won't have a chance at a third because the college just closed its doors.

That would make Dana players immediately eligible somewhere else. . .they're smart, can any of them play
the green team
I think it's impressive that our players are able to succeed in the classroom despite the travel schedules over the past few years. Now, if we can only continue to get talented players that are also good students.
