GeauxSioux Posted June 10, 2009 Posted June 10, 2009 For a certain state of mindI saw a quote the other day that said if people were smart, they would move to North Dakota. North Dakota? My eyebrow arched, like the late, great John Belushi Quote
sprig Posted June 10, 2009 Posted June 10, 2009 There are only two problems I can see with loading up the truck and moving to Bismarck: January and February. It gets cold in North Dakota, and based on Marge Gunderson Quote
Goon Posted June 10, 2009 Posted June 10, 2009 I hope they don't go advertising North Dakota all over the southwest, last thing we need is more competition during duck, deer and pheasant season. We have enough blue liscense plates now. But the article is right, ND is a great place to visit but it is inaccurate about not being a good vacation. If you play golf or like to sight see Medora Rocks and if you haven't played the Bully Pulpit I suggest giving it a whirl. The course is utterly beautiful. I would imagine that Mountain biking in the park would be awesome as well... Quote
